Instructions:
- Remove the front seat from the vehicle (unbolt from floor rails) and place on a clean work surface.
- Carefully remove the seat cover by unfastening hog rings, clips, or fasteners; note the cover orientation and attachment points.
- Remove the old foam by pulling it away from the frame and trimming any remnants; clean the seat frame of debris, adhesive residue, and rust.
- Test-fit the new cushion and back foam to check alignment and trim small areas as needed for a perfect fit.
- Spray a light, even coat of contact/foam adhesive to the seat frame and the foam contact surface per adhesive instructions; allow tack time as directed.
- Press the foam firmly into place against the frame, ensuring proper seating and alignment of contours and mounting points.
- Reinstall the seat cover, securing it with new or reused hog rings/clips and ensuring the cover seats smoothly over the foam without wrinkles.
- Reinstall the seat into the vehicle, tighten mounting bolts to factory torque, and verify seat operation and comfort before driving.
