These 10-piece front rubber bumper guard eyebrow nuts are a direct-fit replacement designed for Mopar muscle cars. Specifically made for 1970–1975 Roadrunner and 1970–1971 GTX models, they secure the front bumper guard (eyebrow) to the bumper assembly, cushioning contact and reducing vibration. Molded from a durable rubber compound, they resist cracking, weathering and oil exposure for long-term reliability. Ideal for restorations and maintenance, the set restores original fit and appearance while being simple to install.
Features:
  • Fits 1970–1975 Mopar Roadrunner and 1970–1971 GTX front bumper guard/eyebrow studs.
  • 10-piece set provides all rubber nuts needed for a complete front bumper guard installation.
  • Durable rubber compound resists cracking, UV, oil and grease for long-lasting performance.
  • OEM-style shape and fit for authentic restoration and correct bumper alignment.
  • Cushions metal-to-metal contact to reduce vibration and prevent paint/chrome damage.
  • Push-on design allows quick, easy installation without specialty fasteners or adhesives.
Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 2/5
  • Estimated time: 15-30 minutes
Suggested Tools:
  • Flat-blade screwdriver or trim tool
  • Needle-nose pliers
  • Rag or shop towels
  • Penetrating oil (for removal of corroded parts)
  • Silicone lubricant or rubber protectant
Instructions:
  1. Park on a level surface, engage parking brake and wear safety glasses and gloves.
  2. If needed, remove or loosen the bumper guard/trim to expose the rubber nuts and studs. Apply penetrating oil to any corroded metal parts and allow it to soak.
  3. Remove the old rubber nuts by prying them off with a flat-blade screwdriver or pulling with needle-nose pliers. Replace severely corroded metal hardware as necessary.
  4. Clean the studs and surrounding area with a rag. Remove rust, dirt and old lubricant to ensure a good fit.
  5. Apply a light coating of silicone lubricant or rubber protectant to the studs to ease installation and protect the new rubber.
  6. Press each new rubber eyebrow nut onto its corresponding stud until fully seated. Ensure the bumper guard is aligned and seated correctly.
  7. Reassemble any removed trim or components and verify the bumper guard is secure and properly aligned. Inspect for even spacing and snug fit; no excessive force should be required.
